The game

Poopodoro is a timed bathroom-session game for iPhone. Starting a sit starts a clock. Ending the sit is the win. Fast, relaxed finishes are celebrated; long sits get a gentle nudge — never shame. These terms are an agreement between you and Poopodoro, the developer of the app.

Poopodoro is for fun and habit-building. It is not medical advice. We do not claim to diagnose, treat, or prevent disease. We encourage shorter sits, less straining, and getting up as everyday habits. Do not use the app to force anything out faster.

While a sit is running, the timer may appear on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island. Tap it to return to the app. Ending or canceling the sit removes it.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the iOS app as offered on the App Store. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell the app except as Apple’s rules already allow.

Unlimited

Unlimited unlocks the whole app. Payment is processed by Apple. Apple — not Poopodoro — is the merchant of record. Prices are the amounts shown in the App Store at purchase; we do not list dollar amounts here because they vary by storefront and offer.

Plans:

• Unlimited Weekly — auto-renewable subscription, one week
• Unlimited Yearly — auto-renewable subscription, one year
• Unlimited Forever — one-time (non-consumable) purchase

For auto-renewable subscriptions:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the then-current price shown by Apple.
• You manage or cancel in your Apple ID account settings, or in the app via Settings → Purchases → Manage Subscription.

Restore Purchases is in Settings → Purchases. Purchases attach to your Apple ID. There is no Poopodoro login.

The live board

Nicknames on the leaderboard are public. Default names are generated puns; you compose one from the in-app catalog in onboarding or Settings. You may change your pun about once a week. We may refuse or remove names (length limits, blocklist, reports). Do not use a nickname to impersonate, harass, or post illegal content. Reporting a nickname is in the app.

Today and this month on the board use a shared Pacific calendar. Times are computed on the device. We enforce a short-sit floor so pocket taps do not count. We do not claim to stop determined cheaters.

Your device

Sit history, personal best, and streak stay on the device. Deleting the app deletes that diary and may reset the silent board identity. See the Privacy Policy.

No warranty

The app is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the live board will be uninterrupted or that every sit will be recorded if you force-quit at the wrong moment — though we try.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Poopodoro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost data on a deleted install. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid to Apple for Unlimited in the twelve months before the claim, or ten US dollars if you paid nothing, if such a cap is allowed where you live. Some places do not allow these limits; in those places, they apply only as far as the law allows.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top is the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms, except where the law requires something else.
